Applies to the Rakt Suvidha app by The MEM Foundation

Delete from the app (fastest)

1. Open Rakt Suvidha and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Or request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email support@raktsuvidha.org from any address, including the phone number your account is registered with. We will verify ownership and complete the deletion.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, phone number, blood group, locality)
• Your presence in every NGO's donor directory
• Your device push tokens and notification inbox
• Your self-reported donation records

What is retained, and why

• Previously issued donation certificates and their entries in historical camp reports are retained so that certificates already shared with third parties remain verifiable. These contain the minimum information needed for verification and are no longer linked to a live account.
