Common questions

I'm not receiving my OTP

Check that your phone number was entered with the correct country code and that your device has signal. Wait for the resend timer and try again. If it still fails, email us with your phone number's last 4 digits.

How do I join an NGO's network?

Ask the NGO for its invite code, then go to Orgs → Join organization, enter the code, review the NGO's name and city, and confirm consent.

Why can't I scan a camp's QR code?

You must be a member of the NGO that runs the camp. Join with their invite code first, then scan again.

My eligibility date looks wrong

Your next eligible date is your most recent donation date plus the standard donation gap. Check Donations for a self-reported record with an incorrect date — you can edit self-reported dates. Verified donations cannot be edited.

How does my NGO get verified?

After organizer sign-up, submit your organization's PAN details in the app. Our team reviews verification requests and you'll be notified of the decision in the app.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Delete account, or see Delete your account.

Certificate verification

Anyone can verify a donation certificate — no account needed. Open the verification link or QR code printed on the certificate.
